As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Author Guidelines
Although final format of the articles will be made by the editors, manuscripts are asked to be sent using a format and specifications similar to IEEE.
A template (an example article) for Microsoft Word should be downloaded here and for LaTeX users, it is available here.
At the first step of the submission, upload just a PDF file with your article. In order to assure the double-blind reviewing process, please ensure you upload your manuscript without names of the authors or acknowledgements that can reveal the origin of the work.
Once the article is accepted, you will be asked for sending an editable version: a Word file or, in case of LaTeX, a ZIP or RAR compressed file with all the required files for compilation.
Please, note that
the title is always in English and
an abstract in English and Spanish is required, even if your article is written in Spanish, as you can see in the example.
When you are asked about the article language, please select "English" even though your paper is in Spanish.
Do not forget filling all the authors data (indicated as Contributors), especially giving their affiliations (University, Institute, CONICET, etc.) in the Metadata section, during the submission.
